Wevolver has partnered with polySpectra to hold a competition for 1 designer to win $25,000 worth of polySpectra’s production additive manufacturing services to create a functional product.
polySpectra is a Berkeley-based startup that provides advanced materials to transform polymer 3D-printing from a prototyping aid into a production manufacturing tool. The company has developed a specialty material, the COR Alpha (Cyclic Olefin Resin), an engineering-grade material for additive manufacturing. polySpectra is dedicated to helping designers, inventors, and engineers to make their ideas real; thus, they have created a competition with Wevolver, a vast online platform for engineers that provides high-quality information from companies and universities.
