The below Ioterra partners have built and released meaningful products in these last few months to help us all get through this pandemic.

Breadware is proudly adding an LTE cellular communication capability to the Ventec Life Systems VOCSN Multi-Function Ventilator. It is the first and only ventilator of its kind to combine all these therapies and it is currently being produced in partnership with General Motors in Kokomo, Indiana in response to COVID-19.

Dragon Innovation has a dedicated page of open-source resources for COVID-19 related development projects that is continuously being updated.

219 Design has been racing to design a low cost, emergency-use ventilator with Stanford and CZ Biohub, and are donating 3D-printed protective face-shields in a partnership with DuPont.

STEL Design has been providing PPE supplies to companies in need and has shipped millions of masks and other items to companies in South America.

Orange Sparkle Ball has applied public health research of COVID-19 and has provided these resources to allow their clients to build an understanding in order to pilot use cases around risk mitigation.

Titoma is involved in developing Taiwan-made COVID-19 test kits and anticipates a quick shipment of 10,000 tests per month to the United States, and is contributing motor control development to a respirator project.

Lexicon Design has launched a Kickstarter to fund their retractable antimicrobial, no-touch product, the Purus No-Touch Tool.

ScreamingBox designed and developed a website for the non-profit, Act Now Foundation: a resource to provide COVID-19 test kits to those in need.

Losant released a contact tracing toolkit for use with their enterprise IoT platform. Rapidly and safely set up contact tracing for enterprises with the Losant platform and Bluetooth tags.

Ubidots has partnered with Hackster.io and UNDP for the COVID-19 Detect & Protect Challenge. The United Nations Development Programme and Hackster.io are joining forces with the world’s brightest technology companies. They are calling on hardware and software developers, product designers, scientists, hackers, makers, and innovators to come together to work for those who will be hardest hit by this pandemic.

RIoT (with support from Ubidots) has created the MISSION-R initiative to support innovation for public and economic health in the aftermath of COVID-19. From analyzing government massive inbound requests using Natural Language Processing (NLP), to automating contact tracing to monitor social distancing behaviors, 6 unique entrepreneurs teams have been selected to create projects for our pressing health and social issues.

Novacoast partnered with UC Santa Barbara’s Koegel Autism Center to develop a mobile application to provide educational content and support for parents of children with autism during the pandemic. WIth the need for social distancing to keep families safe, the initiative will engage with the community to maintain education for children with autism with a nationwide reach.

Dascena has opened a covid-19 testing lab in Houston Texas and after only a few months is processing 10,000s of samples per day.

Soapy is developing a hygiene microstation. The company was highlighted in Forbes: “By gamifying hand washing, Soapy might just save a civilization.”
